RICHARD Madeley insists there are no "dark phantoms" hanging over ITV Daytime after Phillip Schofield quit in disgrace last year.
Former This Morning host Schofield resigned in May 2023 after confessing to an "unwise" relationship with a younger staff member.
Richard, 68, who now hosts Good Morning Britain, said the saga has been left in the past by those on the channel.
