As yet, FC one of three clubs in Biggleswade alongside Step 3 "Town', and 'United' at Step 5 are still without a home to call their own and currently play their matches 16 miles away at Bedford Town's New Eyrie Stadium.
The dream to move back 'home' still motivates the club from Southern League Division One Central today and Northfield believes the visit of one of Non-League's biggest entities - former FA Cup semi-finalists no less can help provide a platform in which to build a prosperous future, both on and off the field.
