BLOCKBUSTER MOVIES
More big-budget movies will hit the big screen in 2025 with Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande back for Wicked: Part Two, and brand-new Superman: Legacy also flying into cinemas. As well as another Mission: Impossible outing and a live-action Snow White, beloved drama Dirty Dancing is finally getting a sequel, 38 years after the original set our hearts aflutter. Jennifer Grey will return as Frances 'Baby' Houseman, with the film also paying tribute to the late, great Patrick Swayze, who played her partner Johnny Castle.
OASIS REUNION
Fans went wild when rock band Oasis announced their 2025 reunion tour, with stadium shows in the UK and across the world. Following months of anticipation, this summer will see the Gallagher brothers back onstage together after more than 15 years of bad blood. The fight for tickets hit headlines, with some being resold for an eye-watering amount, and reports indicate that Noel and Liam could rake in some £50 million each from the shows.
