My fail-safe remedy
Not dieting! As soon as I tell myself ‘you can’t eat sugar’ or ‘try to be good’, I’m bound to end up feeling out of control around food and eating way more. I’ve tried countless diets and they work, but only temporarily. The only way I’ve found works for me (and countless others) to lose weight, keep it off and be healthy is a no-diet approach. No more yo-yo dieting or starting from scratch every Monday like I used to!
My favourite meal
Either a one-tray bake or a one-pot wonder. I’m a busy mum who proudly takes shortcuts when I cook. If I can get dinner done with minimal washing-up and create a balanced meal the whole family will eat, then I’m very pleased. My Mexican Mac n Cheese is a go-to, as it has healthy ingredients loaded into it, and is seriously quick and tasty.
