It is only the person who leads from the front who best understands the significance of maintaining the perfect work-life balance. In fact, they are the ones to inspire their workforce - their key assets. A happy mind is a productive mind and adds to the wealth of an organisation. Our lives are inundated with responsibilities just like the Boss's life, and, if he is able to play all his parts to perfection, he becomes exemplary for the ones who work for him. Uneasy is the head that wears the crown, but if the one who is wearing it knows how to move from one frame of life to another with ease and produce positive results, the others simply follow.
