GROCERIES

COCONUT MILK Use in sauces, dressings or freeze the remaining coconut milk in a small airtight container for another time.

ROTI BREAD Halve the warm roti bread then split through the middle. Use as an alternative to a wrap and fill with your favourite salad fillings.

LASAGNE SHEETS: Use the remaining lasagne sheets to make a healthy spinach and ricotta lasagne.

HAZELNUTS: Roughly chop and add to your favourite garden salad. Munch on a few as a snack.

CORN: Use in salads and soups or in a salsa.

VEGETABLE STOCK: Freeze remaining stock in a small airtight container in 250ml (1 cup) batches. Label and date.
