Tears of the Kingdom continues the tradition of Zelda games, where the hero, Link, battles the evil Ganondorf to rescue Princess Zelda. Set several years after Breath of the Wild, Zelda and Link explore the underground passages beneath Hyrule Castle, searching for a way to stop a mysterious blight known as “Gloom”. Their exploration leads them to an ancient ruin, and awakening the mummified Ganondorf who had been lying dormant. Amidst the chaos, Zelda disappears, leaving Link to once again save the day.
Ultra-hand is a skill that allows you to create almost anything you want, even modern-looking vehicles to traverse the open-world environment.
While Tears of the Kingdom offers an exciting and engaging storyline, the main focus of a Zelda title has always been the adventure and exploration. This delightful game delivers on that front, providing players with countless opportunities to embark on thrilling quests and discover new territories.
Players who were awestruck by the vastness of the game world in Breath of the Wild will be even more impressed with Tears of the Kingdom. Nintendo has crafted a vibrant and immersive world that is larger than its predecessor, offering a multitude of places to freely explore.
