Climbing always needs Strength and decision taking is climbing on a growth pedestal. One can be right even if a decision has gone wrong provided it aids ownership, accountability, develops silence to introspect and strengthens self. Decisions are related to career, money, persons, personal, professional, societal, image building motives. ey affect long-term, short-term or immediate goals.

To begin with not all decisions will be right, despite analysis or being clear, well-prepared, consistent and beginning with the end in mind. It starts by listing out constraints, knowing what are you ready to lose, what impact will it be on you and will you still remain happy? Decision making is a thought route from uncertainty to certainty. is cycle of uncertainty to-certainty begins from unclear thoughts and dynamic uncertainty, to constant thinking, gathering information, enquiring others, narrowing choices, building confidence before stroke.
