So how do you impress your wife, Jessica, then?
I like to charge her electric toothbrush every evening. I clean her car every week and I give a kiss to my wife every night before I go to sleep. Those are the things I believe are romantic, not flowers and chocolates.
Do you prefer the company of women or men?
Men’s company is the most boring thing ever! Men are boring, stupid and egotistic and they are always trying to impress you. I love women. I can sit with women and talk to them all day. They are unique, beautiful, interesting, complicated and perfect – probably the best creature that God created. The world would be a better place if it was run by women. Women have a different agenda to men.
What can we expect from your latest cooking series?
I tour the Mediterranean coast of Italy – it was an amazing trip. I started on the Amalfi coast and visited Positano, Minori and Cetara. They are all beautiful places. I meet the local people and talk to them about food, and cook some food along the way – I even make one meal on a boat!
