Loose Women panellist Nadia Sawalha and husband Mark Adderley have been married for 18 years, and have been through more than your average couple in that time. Nadia, 56, has helped her husband through his battles with alcohol addiction and depression, something that has only brought them, as well as their two daughters, Maddie, 18, and Kiki, 13, closer together.
Here, exclusively for Woman’s Own, the couple interview one another and spill all the details on their relationship, awkward first kisses and their most annoying habits.
Nadia: What’s the one thing that most annoys you about me?
M: Your constant calling of other people from other rooms. I would really like it if you didn’t shout for everyone!
N: The worst thing about you is, say you left your pants on the bathroom floor and I say something, you’ll go, ‘I was going to do that!’ And you were never going to do that.
Mark: Who’s the first to back down in an argument?
N: You, because you’re always wrong.
