The Princess of Wales' incredibly moving cancer update, in which she discussed her "new perspective on everything", has given Prince Harry and his wife Meghan renewed hope that the families can repair their broken relationship, a source tells new.
Last week, Kate released what is probably the most intimate look at her life with Prince William and their children George, 11, Chartlotte, nine, and Louis, six, we have ever seen, as she updated the world in a touching video about her cancer treatment after what has been "an incredibly tough" nine months.
After announcing she had completed her course of chemotherapy, Kate, 42, said, "The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you. With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.
"This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved."
As well as her emotional words, Kate's choice of clothing, a boho-style dress by Veronica Beard, attracted attention because the American-based designer has long been a favourite of her sister-in-law Meghan, 43.
