DANIEL DUBOIS will make the second defence of his IBF heavyweight title against Joseph Parker after Anthony Joshua pulled out of a rematch.
The British fighter will face the Kiwi on February 22 in Saudi Arabia as part of a mammoth card.
Dubois beat Joshua in September to solidify his position as the IBF champion after he was elevated to title holder from interim.
It was a stunning performance which left Joshua’s career in the balance. There were agreements in place for an immediate rematch, but AJ’s team decided their man won’t be ready for the February date.
Joshua will now await the outcome of Tyson Fury’s rematch with WBO, WBC and WBA champion Oleksandr Usyk on December 21 before plotting his next move.
