Nick Grimshaw, who has covered for her with Nemone Metaxas and Deb Grant since August, will start full time in February. THE pound fell and government borrowing continued to increase yesterday despite the Treasury's efforts to calm financial markets. Economists warned Rachel Reeves may be forced into more tax hikes or cuts to spending plans to meet UK fiscal rules. Traders also reduced bets on the number of rate cuts this year.
