A passionate cook and foodie, her healthy recipes also reflect her extensive interest in nutrition and Ayurveda. Her love for design and color coordination has found its way to food presentation too. She also teaches an array of cooking classes.When not blogging, she is actively involved in the community. She is a Director at the Shishu Bharati School of Indian languages and Culture where she has been volunteering for over two decades.
How would you define a perfect entertaining
DISH? Ans) For entertaining, my focus is on the presentation,having varied flavors for mix and match combos to meet the range of tastes of the guests and the ease of serving the dish for a crowd.
Tell us about your upcoming ventures in this industry.... Ans) I am looking forward to growing my blog Indfused to be a great source for all Indian and fusion dishes.
How did the idea for "INDFUSED" come ?
Ans) INDFUSED stands for Indian and Indian fusion cooking.
What is the objective and motive behind creating this portal......?
Ans) I have been living in the USA for over 30 years now. Over the years, I have developed recipes to streamline Indian and Indian fusion foods so they are quick and easy to make. I also strive to make my recipes healthy without compromising on taste.
An important change that you would love to see or bring in the " Indian Food Industry "....?
Ans) I would like to see Indian food be more mainstream in various parts of the world.
A common misconception about Indian cuisine that you would like to change among FOOD LOVERS.....?
