At 6th Element, the goal is to strive towards an optimal state of well-being by improving the lifestyle of our client, by making small gradual changes in their food habits and physical activities. We see an astounding number of reports about increasing obesity rates, diseases and conditions related to being over weight and out-of-shape. We want to keep reiterating the importance of fitness and well-being in not only our lives but help the society as a whole!
How would you define wellness and fitness absolutely essential for human beings?
Ans) As our lifestyle changes, so does our level of health quotient. I believe fitness and wellness along with proper nutrition is beneficial to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. In today’s age it has become highly essential for people to have complete awareness of their bodies and mind to stay away from any health problems in the longer run. A regular fitness activity regime can improve the current and future level of health and our overall lifestyle and state of well being.
