Yes, it is true that Yoga can cure many diseases but with a proper mix of prescription and the right guidance. In my belief, Yoga is not something you look and learn.
Balance is my answer. People who do Yoga tend to be more calm and patient. They are in Control and choose to live a balanced life in all aspects
What would be your defenition of Yoga
Ans) Many people define Yoga in different ways. In my views, Yoga is the KEY to unlock Peace that lies in an individual's mind and body. Yoga gives you the strength to survive against any form of obstacles that life may bring in your way. The secret of Living is Giving. Life is really about creating a meaning and that meaning is not about what you get but What you give. This is what Yoga has taught me. Yoga is Powerful and it has the ability to alter your energy and connect us to ourselves. Yoga also teaches us Lessons about Strengths, Confidence, Patience and Flexibility.
What is the age range of people who do Yoga.
Ans) You dont have to be young by age to start Yoga. You need to start Yoga and it will automatically make you feel YOUNG.The best part about Yoga is that there is no age bar .Anybody can take up Yoga at any stage of life. What I believe is - You dont choose YOGA . Yoga chooses you, no matter if you are a Kid or an Adult.
Are there any pre requisites in connection to body types that are required to start YOGA or anyone with any body type can enrol with you for doing YOGA?
